The Crime at Black Dudley

The Crime at Black Dudley is by Margery Allingham. The first in the Albert Campion historical fiction mystery series. A lively weekend party at an old mansion turns deadly and the remaining guests discover that the seemingly foolish Campion is the only person capable of finding the killer and saving them. I LOVE Campion, he is never what he seems and is such a fun character. I can't wait to read the other books in the series. Fans of Golden Age mysteries will enjoy this one.
