The Maid is by Nita Prose. A entertaining realistic fiction read. Molly is a maid at a high class hotel. She is somewhere on the autism spectrum, but loves her job. She takes people at face value and totally misreads their actions and intent. After her grandmother dies, she has no one to assist her in interpreting other people. When she discovers a dead guest at the hotel, she finds herself involved in, not only murder, but a drug ring being run out of the hotel. The story is amusing and heart-breaking at the same time.
