After his parents were murdered, the ghosts took Bod in to raise him and protect him from the man who killed his family. This is one of the creepiest and coolest books I've read in a long time. Bod's adventures teach him lessons he will need to learn in order to survive. I hope this isn't the last we'll hear of Nobody Owens. Ratings: 8th grade - 10 out of 10 - MP (mild profanity).
